We went to the fabricator this morning to approve our slabs (Organic White) and see the layout of the templates. Had I not read it on GW, I never would have known that even man-made quartz such as Ceasarstone could have noticeable defects/inclusions. One of our two slabs of white had a prominent black dot! Fortunately, it was easy to work around it, so it won't set us back any, and I do think the fabricator would have avoided the dot whether or not we had seen the slabs, but I'm just glad to know our 10' island will be all-white, and not all-white-with-a-dime-size-black-dot!
