Did you contact Everpure's customer service? I've found them to be very responsive. They may know a reason for the drip. I have read on GW that the instant hot faucets often drip as a sort of pressure release. Possibly there is some sort of pressure when using a chiller too, although with no steam I don't know why. But, before I called a plumber I'd give them a quick call. If a repair is needed, it may even be covered under warranty - who knows!

(I hope you post back b/c I have an Everpure instant hot and chillerl waiting to be installed. Still haven't found a faucet that I like and was waiting for Everpure to get around to selling their new models.)
