Kraus Semi-professional kitchen faucet

Apologize for the repetition, but didnt see any posts on this topics in the last year. It had been noted earlier that that the Kraus KPF-1602 was not lead compliant at that time. However, a quick look at the website now says "low lead". I dont know how to interpret that... is it low but still above compliance levels? how do best get this information?
Next q: Am I better served by a semi-professional faucet in the prep location or cleaup sink? Aesthetically, I would think it'll look better in the middle of my large 10 ft single-level island, directly across the aisle from the rangetop, making both of them a focal point. However, if their water pressure is rather high, i'd much rather clean pots and pans with it than rinse my veggies and risk shredding them.

Many thanks,
piu
