Not that tile, but kind of similar. Have you looked at fireclay? They even have some of their tiles available for you to chose your own colors. I'm linking just one of their collections.

Perhaps re-post a new post with the correct title, to get more responses. In any case, those are not Spanish tiles, they are Moroccan tiles. Google "Zeiilj" tiles or "Zelliges" tiles which are the names of the Moroccan tiles (just different spellings). I am linking below the first couple websites that came up when I googled, but I don't know anything about them. There are quite a few more. The Sahara Designs one even has 6 pages just for mosaic borders that you said you are particularly interested in.

Those are beautiful tiles! I was just looking at concrete tile earlier on Mission Stone's website: http://store.missionstonetile.com/
They have similar tile. I think Sahmmy is correct on that being Moroccan tile, tho. I think Fireclay can try to make the pattern you want, but I doubt it would be cheap. If you get lucky & find it, post it here so we can all see it! Good luck!
