During the worst of our renovation dust-storm, a original plaster support wall was demo'd and our living area had clouds of plaster dust coming out of the outlets, from baseboards, from invisible crevices in the floor, everywhere. I told myself, "that's a 130-year-old wall. The base layer of paint was probably milk paint. Ergo, I'm inhaling calcium. Calcium is good for me and good for my bones. This is a positive thing."
