Finding problems after granite countertop

As I posted earlier, We can't turn on/off dishwasher (door not closed completely-my guess) and now I see over 1cm gap behind backsplash. I am not sure because our wall is not straight or what? The backsplash is one piece, very long and I see two place, it's attacked to the wall but not all the way. Dishwasher, I don't seen any adjustable feet. I sent an email to the granite guy but not sure he will response. My main concern is, the dishwasher is so squeezed, if you need a new one, it's impossible to slide out!!!
Any input very much appreciated. We will call the granite place tomorrow!

You might want to post on the discussion side, this is the gallery which doesn't get much action.
