| I was trying to go for a pottery barn/transitional sort of look, and things are feeling very Southwestern-ish to me. We just re-painted with BM Bleeker Beige, after the interactive cream color that the paint center color person recommended looked way to peachy, it was really a pretty color, but the peach make it look very Southwestern-ish to me.
I fell in love with these little glass backsplash tiles long before we started our kitchen remodel, and with grout, they don't look as gold, but more iridescent and pearly. I just don't know if they will work, and I would like to have them going all the way up to the base of the cabinets, but again, not sure about it. I would also love to incorporate a little blue somehow, but not sure that it would work. Can anyone give me some ideas or advice? The wall directly across the room from the kitchen is a family room wall with a fireplace, and I painted just the wall with the fireplace BM Seapine, which is a gorgeous gray-blue. |
