Help replicating Inspiration Kitchen Photo

Posted by Estalou (My Page) on

I saved a kitchen photo that was posted on GW by Boxerpups (in a thread about Butcher blocks). I LOVE this kitchen, but have been unable to find the source of the image so that I can determine the materials to replicate.

Do you think the cabinets are painted gray? Distressed? Limed/pickled wood? Is that back countertop a charcoal soapstone? Dark limestone? Thoughts are much appreciated.

Thanks!!

It looks to me like the cabinets are painted gray and distressed a bit. Probably glazed as well. Can't tell what's on the perimeter.

If you haven't already, I suggest posting this on the "Discussions" side of Kitchens. This is the "Gallery" side that's more for finished kitchens and the like. The Discussions side of Kitchens is for on-topic discussions concerning kitchen remodels. You will most likely get many more responses over there.

Good luck!

Thank you Buehl. I'll post over there...wasn't sure what the best option was even after reading the posting directions.
