OK, so here's some pics of my oak kitchen, I am planning on using General Finishes Java Gel stain to make them a dark espresso color (thanks to all of the great help on this site!).

The cabinets are face frame style so you'll be able to see some of the hinge. I'm putting on satin nickel handles. My question is: do I get hinges to match the handles (satin nickel, pictured here: http://www.amazon.com/Amerock-BP3429-G10-Self-Closing-Variable-Overlay/dp/B000I20Z1O/ref=sr_1_5?s=hardware&ie=UTF8&qid=1302973494&sr=1-5) or do I use black so they are not as noticeable?

I've searched around for pics of visible hinges but all the modern cabinets have hidden hinges, which is not an option for these. Has anyone else had experience with this same color combo?
