Sick of pressing numbers on the phone? Here's a list of how to get a real person on the phone when you call a big company. I posted this on another forum, so here's the link to that post.

For ING, just want to add that if you try to "reach a human" too often (too often = 5-7+ times a month perhaps?), and you can lose your ING account! I read this on BusinessWeek that INGDirect in the US is designed to be a basic, minimal overhead establishment and if you start needing too much hand-holding, they boot you off. I don't recall the specifics mentioned in the article but it was very amusing and the nugget of information in the article was essentially as above. :-)
