Sorry, I know this should be put in Conversations, but this forum does not have much traffic there. I'm disappointed that Gourmet is folding. I've been a subscriber for 20 years, and while I didn't like the trend to ever-more-exotic ingredients, I still loved the mag. IMO they had the tastiest recipes of all.
