| Can I buy any undermount sink I decide on, or do I have to get one through a granite fabricator? I haven't decided on who I want to hire for sure, but I picked up a sink flier at the place I'm probably going to hire.
The smallish single bowl sink that would work for us at the company they advertised was over $500 + $120 for a grid. My initial budget for our whole remodel is $5k, which I'm already over so would really prefer not to get a pricey sink. I found a sink that seems to fit the bill online, and it's $160 for the sink, grid, drain, and cutting board. It's a Ticor, which seems like a decent brand, and the website says they have very limited stock. I'd love to just buy it, but is it going to be a problem for any fabricator I end up choosing to put in whatever sink I pick? The place I'm leaning towards going with is closed, so I couldn't ask them directly. Thanks! |

| You can get your sink anywhere. Most people don't get it from the fabricator. I also have a Ticor sink and absolutely love it! Mine is an S405D. Here's a pic:
