Please share your favorite BBQ/Picnic recipe

It's finally looking like spring...70 degrees and sunny! I am in the mood for BBQs and picnics, so I'd appreciate you all sharing your favorite recipes. Any meats, side dishes, salads and/or desserts would be great. Also, any breads are always appreciated...my husband's favorite, after the meat! LOL

Lavender Lass, My favorite side dish is broccoli salad. I don't have the recipe but when my BIL gets back from traveling I'll ask him for it. I know it has blanched broccoli florets, golden raisins, onions, bacon and a dressing. It's storming here one minute and the sun is shining the next but I'm sure we'll have this over Memorial Day weekend!
