| I am just competing the purchasing of appliances and everything involved in a gut/replace remodel of my kitchen. My kitchen is a galley arrangement and I'm installing a 30" GE Cafe range. My soon-to-be-installed stove has burners that are approx. 27 inches deep. My chosen range hood is 20 inches deep with 650 cfm exhaust. Have I misjudged? I cook a lot, but am concerned that I may be missing something. Am interested in getting everything acceptable regarding performance without obsessive overkill on the hood. Would really appreciate any thoughts. |
