Help!! I need my kitchen backsplash picked out

HELP! We are building a house and I cannot decide on a kitchen backsplash. I would love a subway tile with a handmade look and/or a crackle finish. I can't decide if a glossy would be to shiny or if I want matte. I want a creamy or a little darker to contrast with my antique white cabinets and I have light granite with caramels and darker shades. I also like the Tabarka tiles but they are all make to order and I don't have time for that. This has been the hardest part of building so far. We are supposed to move in house in a month. Any idea? Im desperate.

Grazia Rixi. They have crackle and although they are not handmade, they are made to look a bit uneven.
