Hello everyone: I have a new Utica oil fired boiler model# sfh 4100w to heat my home with. I want to use a water to air heat exchanger in my exising duct work. The boiler will be about 50ft. from exchanger when I get it installed. The exchanger I'm going to get is stubed out with 1in. copper pipe.I was planning on using 1in. copper from boiler to and from exchanger.Using a 125,000 btu exchanger. The boiler has a Taco 007-F5 model circ. pump.Guess this will work fine. Not sure what kind of values I need and if I need an expansion tank & where I need to locate them.Does circ. pump go on the suppy line or the return line? Do I need to install bypass piping to keep return water warm so boiler want be harmed? Would like to have a diagram of a set-up like this if any one knows where I might get one. Any and all help & advice will be greatly appreciated.Thank you, Robert
