| I am purchasing a mobile home in Florida and I will be needing to buy a dehumidifier that is capable of automatically pumping the water out of the house when I am away in the summer months. Do any of you know the best kind to get? I want a good reliable one even if I have to pay a little more. |

| Anything Energy Star. Capacity should be matched to the job, but I can not tell you how to do that. |
