Wooden return air grill

Has anyone found a good source for a wooden return air grill? I need 25 wide by 16 tall. I found a primed louvered one, but it was 16 wide by 25 tall so the louvers would be vertical instead of horizontal. I think that may look weird.

Any tips are welcome! Thanks...
