Hotpod duct heater?

My new home has a bathroom that was a renovation some years back. They did extend heating duct to this area, but it's pretty convoluted and the absolute maximum distance away from the furnace and/or thermostat you can get in the house. This room is quite chilly.

I've been thinking about some possible ways to add some more heat to this area. I could do an electric baseboard heater, or even a small heater in the wall. What has piqued my interest is the hotpod duct heater. You replace a section of duct with this, hardwire it in, place thermostat, etc. I have easy access to the ductwork (it's in the attic).

Has anyone used a Hotpod heater before? Cost is reasonable, install looks like a breeze, but really very few reviews out there.
