Grand Aire?

Building a new house & HVAC contractor bid with Goodman 13 seer split unit on one part of house. Yes, I know this is bottom barrel but it's what we were going with. Apparently Goodman us on strike so they brought a Grand Aire unit instead. I've never heard of this label though they say it's better than Goodman & made by Carrier. Thoughts? Looking for reviews now...

The workers were only out for a week and are back on the job. They have a serious shortage?

Beats me. I have a neighbor who does HVAC and he said he's still able to get Goodman products though he normally installs Tranes. I've never heard of this brand ever - it's made by ICP whatever that's worth... Feel like a bait and switch is going on.
