Need Info About New Trane Extended Warranties

Hi,
I need to understand the new Trane Extended Warranties (Dec 2013). I want to have a 10 year zero deductible warranty--Parts and Service. What is the closest version to this that is still available? I understand that they are now underwritten by outside third-party. I know that they are more expensive. However, I want to know that it is still available (trane website says it is). We are thinking about selling our home, and have a 6-month old Trane system in it. THANKS!
