Bryant vs Lennox Furnace

Hello! I'm looking at having the furnace and water heater replaced at my parents house after some flooding issues that affected both (currently have a 25 year old Lennox, 100,000 BTU, and Bradford White 50 gal). I have quotes for a Bryant and Lennox furnace and was wondering (1) which brand is more reliable and (2) which quote is better (best fits home square footage, value) based upon what the contractor recommended. Both quotes include removal of existing equipment, new flue pipe to chimney, PVC pipe vented outside, chimney liner for water heater, permits, condensate pump and all taxes.

Home type: Cape Cod with 75% finished basement
Sq Ft: 2873
Location: SE Michigan

Quote #1
Furnace:
Bryant 925SA48080 (80,000 BTU) 96.2 AFUE: $3095 installed
Warranty: Lifetime on Heat Exchanger, 10 on parts, 2 years labor
Humidifier:
Bryant SBP Humidifier: $275 installed
Water Heater:
AO SMith 50 gal. Water Heater: $800 installed
Grand Total: $4170

Quote #2
Lennox ML195 (90,000 BTU) 95% AFUE
Warranty: Lifetime on Heat Exchanger, 10 on parts, 2 years labor
Humidifier:
Lennox HCWB3-17
Water Heater:
50 gal water heater (brand not provided)
Grand Total: $4056

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
