Trane ycc030f1m0bb error code "flame rollout switch (FL) open"

I have a Trane GAS/ELECTRIC AC Unit, ycc030f1m0bb, that has an LED warning of 6 flashes, and it means "flame rollout switch (FL) open" I have checked the flame valve that open and closes it (ON/OFF) and I do it either way and after resetting the AC, it turns back on but the 6 flash happens again, the blower kicks on and I guess after is doesn't sense heat it turns back off, I wonder if its a board issue or a sensor issue or just maybe a cable connection issue, I know there's gas because y gas stove is working and I'm good on that bill, I did just fix a Heat Exchange issue. but not sure why is not working.
Thank You
Jaime

Who replaced the heat exchanger on the furnace?

It had holes, so I replaced it, but I don't see a reset switch for the burners.
