Heat Pump Dripping. Help!

Outdoors1

Hello all,

Hopefully you guys can help me out with a quick question. We hadn't been running our heat for the past 2 days, and last night we finally turned it on. I noticed some slight dripping then, coming from below the outer coils(?) near the perimeter of the inside of the unit, and are dripping through the supplied drip exits.

This has continued through today and it still dripping. The bottom of the exterior ring of coils seems wet (sorry, I don't know the terminology.) Right now temperature is about 55 and humidity is 95% (foggy) The 2 days that we had the heat turned off were highs around 60 lows around 40. This is my heat pump: 265A Preferred Heat Pump description: http://www.mnhtac.com/images/Marketing_Hybrid.pdf

Is this normal? I know that heat pumps drip during defrost, I'm just not sure if that's what is happening or if it's the humidity of having not run for a couple cold days. This is my first home and we just bought it recently so I'm just trying to learn. Thanks so much for all your help.
