How does air temp affect floor temp

I'm asking because I have a rescue pet bunny, found by my daughter. She couldn't find a foster. .Then she flew back to Jersey. 38 years old and still draggin' s***t home. lol

Many rabbit experts say that the temp (doesn't specify which one) shouldn't be less than 55 while others say it can be much less than that as long as they are out of drafts. This bunny has hutches and boxes, so, she's good in that dept. Rabbits prefer colder weather, they all say.

I have an 1932 two-family that is mostly insulated with many new windows.

I live in a Western New York's large city and live upper with the lower rented out. They probably keep their thermostat at about 60 degrees like me.

It's still a little drafty. I'm afraid her mats won't be enough.

So, does anyone have a raito, for example, like a wooden floor would be 10 degrees colder than the air temp?
