I am purchasing a new house and I need to completely install a new HVAC system. I have sone budgetary estimate for:

TRANE XV-95 (TUH2C100)
TRANE XR-13, R-410A, 3.0 ton AC system (4TTR3036)
Duct system

I was wondering what to look for. I see that this is top of the line setup and I'm not sure if I watnt o go top of the line on this house?
