In March of this year I got a new furnace and AC system. I am pleased with it. They gave me one year of free service, coming out twice to check it an do routine maintenance.

Once the year is up, they offer a maintenance program for $15.00 a month. It includes;
2 safety checks/tune ups per year,
15% parts discount
15% repair discount,
priority customer status,
24 hr emergency service,
no overtime rates

Seems a little high to me, but what do I know. What do most people do? I'm capable of replacing my own filters. All the repair & parts seem like stuff I shouldn't be needing for a while since it's a new system.
