best 15 seer heat pump?

I need to replace my Bryant 13 seer heat pump that I have had for 8 years.I live in Sunset Beach North Carolina.Is there a heat pump out there that has a top rated that performs well and has a great warranty for parts and labor.My HVAC contractor is recommending American Standard 15 seer silver series.

American Standard makes nice heat pumps. The best heat pumps are the ones that are installed by contractors who do, load calculations, follow proper installation procedures, do quality work and stand behind that work.
