york YP9C installation - 2 questions

Hi,

my HVAC contractor has disappeared into thin blue air, possibly gone belly up in this miserable economy. Anyway, he left me with all the NG forced air heating equipment, still in their shipping boxes: a York furnace, a York media air cleaner and an e-coil (HE?).

My system is a down draft configuration, so I am assuming that the stack - listing from top to bottom should be:
1 (top): plenum for return air
2: media air filter - S1-MAC10202505
3: furnace - YP9C100C20MP11
4: e-coil - HE CV482C6 / R410 Coil
5 (bottom): plenum for supply air

It looks like he might have miscalculated the space available from floor to ceiling, namely 93", so the chances of fitting in all three units seems low.

So my questions are:
a. does it sound like these three units are compatible?
b. code says that the furnace need to be elevated at least 18" above the floor. Is there a similar requirement for e-coils? Or could it be installed closer to the floor?

Thanks

The burners have to be 18" off the garage floor. Usually with the height of the coil, they will be. If not, the coil box may have to be raised a few inches.
