only one vent in room working

There are two floor vents in one of the bedrooms but only one is working. The other one blows cold and warm air. Furnace filter has been changed. All other vents in the house work. What can cause one of the vents to not work?

maybe disconnected?
anything bumping around under the house in
the past few days or nights?

I'd take the supply grill off and look inside
with a flashlight. see if you can see inside the

best of luck.
