Help with ductwork from floor to a wall register

The previous owner had an unnecessary duct going over the floor of a closet to a smaller room that already had one register. Since the closet shares a wall with my bathroom, I would like to divert it to my unheated bathroom. I've attached a picture showing the situation. It measures 4 x 10 and I guess I need some kind of right angle ductwork to make it be in the right position for my bathroom, but I am totally lost as to how to do this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
