Honeywell Thermostat 8580WF (wifi): can we install multiple?

Hello. We are considering installing three Honeywell touchscreen/wifi thermostats (#RTH8580WF) in our new construction. Are we able to install three (three AC units) and have wireless controll individually? Does the software (ipad, etc) allow for easy control of each or will we have to type in some type of identifier code on the ap to control individual units?

I suppose that depends on the app you will be using.

"I suppose that depends on the app you will be using."

You think there are multiple apps for the RTH8580WF Thermostat? ;-)

BAVE,

I am not in the trade.

As I read the User Manual, multiple Thermostats will be identified by location name - i.e. "Basement", "Second Floor", etc.

Here is a link that might be useful: User Manual

BAVE,

There is also a Customer Service/Help phone number at that link.

If I were you, I'd call them now before committing and make sure we're reading that manual correctly.
