water dripping inside the furnace?

Hi all,
I popped the cover on my 5 year old furnace and was surprised to see rust inside. Looks like there's water dripping (condensation?) from the fitting around that white pipe you see in the pic (the one that says "65 C" on it). I think this pipe goes outside and it's either intake or exhaust, I have zero knowledge of furnaces....
What is it and how to fix it?
I don't want the furnace to rust out...
