My Whitfield Profile 20 pellet stove has smoke and sparks coming out from around the door and also possibly the ash pan. We have tightened the door as much as possible and replaced the gasket. Has not helped. We manually lite the stove, but then the pellets coming out of the shoot almost smother the fire. Then all of a sudden the pellets burst into flame and sparks and smoke come flying out from around the door. We have cleaned everything we possibly can, heat exchange tubes, ports, vents, etc. Damper is open all the way. We are at a total loss for anything else to try. Any words of wisdom at this point would be extremely appreciated.
