(Oil to gas conversion)

Weil McLain-Cast Iron Boiler Model- EG65-S, Rated 654 Square Feet of Steam. With combination gas control & regulator, aluminized steel burners with electronic ignition.

Standard equipment: Draft hood, automatic flue damper, flue pipe, draft regulator, A.S.M.E safety valve,
combination pressure temperature gauge, high limit pressure troll, low water cut off, aquastat, Hartford loop,
skimming valve, drain valve, 4" cement blocks for base, safety switch, gauge glass, automatic feed valve,
manual feed valve.

Install 1-coil in boiler and 1- Superstor aquabooster SSU80-CB complete with circulator, relay, relief valve,
aquastat, hot and cold shut offs, check valve. Tank has a 10 year manufacturers warranty.

All electrical at boiler. All headers will be black pipe. All water pipe will be copper. Flush returns.

Install new gas pipe from meter bar to boiler and test all including existing gas piping. If any leaks are found it
will be additional to repair.

Clean and inspect chimney. If liner is needed it will be extra.
Main & Radiator vents/valves/traps or skimming if needed is EXTRA.

If this is a conversion only, price seems over the top.
