Avoid Buderus boiler/hot water vertical combo

I have a Buderus G115 boiler and the LT200 indirect water heater which was designed to go underneath the boiler.

We had water coming out of the relief valve and thought it was a bad expansion tank but my heating service company said it was the hot water tank leaking water into the boiler system increasing its pressure.

To change the hot water tank they have to cut the plumbing, lift the boiler (heavy cast iron), install the new tank and redo the plumbing. They said it is a whole day job for 4 peoples.

The only reasonable solution I have now is to install another indirect HW tank on the side but I don't have space and the vertical Buderus system was chosen because of that.

It is now clear how ridicules it is to install a boiler on the top of HW tank.
