Radiator Advice

I recently had my Gas Heating Boiler serviced and system Drained &cleaned out and a " Cleaner " added to circulate and keep it clean
All was fine until 2 of the screws holding the Lounge Radiator to the wall came away so the radiator is parted from the wall and the top is about 1 foot from the wall but it seem sto have a grip at the bottom so is not going to fall but I did lodge the settee against it
My question is can a Heating Engineer/Plumber drain one radiator to enable it get fixed on again and leave the system as is so I don't have the upheaval of drainig the system and then the bleeding of all the Rads
