| Has anyone had any experience with this brand? They appear to offer the best warranty in the business, but I wonder if their product is also the most expensive, thereby offsetting their warranty advantage.

| Iam not a Geothermal expert but Ive never heard of Hydron which makes me uneasy. I thought ten years was pretty much the standard warranty for all Ground Source Heat Pumps. I would make sure that their units are capable of multi-stage or variable speed operation. Choose your installers and HVAC contractors wisely. Installer error is more common than equipment failure. |

| If all things being equal with installation and one can get, "This is the geothermal industry's first and only lifetime warranty. This warrants the cabinet, heat exchanger and compressor for life to the original purchaser-user," then why not pursue it? |
