reviews of ductless mini splits?

I have been looking all over the internet for reviews of the different mini-splits in the hopes of finding one that actually works, and can't find any source for reviews. Does anyone know of any unbiased reviews?

Thanks to anyone who can help us figure out who makes a good reliable system that actually does what it is supposed to!
