Furnace dehumidier problem

Hi all,

I have determined that the problem with my dehumidier malfunction is that the water is not going through the solenoid which is connected to the humidistat. The solenoid is getting power (and water), and the humidistat seems to be kicking in, but no water flow. Can these solenoids be cleaned/repaired, or is a new one the best fix?
