I have collected five quotes for a new AC system. I've narrowed it down to this one company and here are the two systems he is quoting:

5 ton evaporator coil.

OR

Equipment Option 2: 5 ton 14 seer Bryant Legacy condenser Model 116BNA06000
5 ton 80% Bryant Legacy gas furnace. Model 310JAV066110
5 ton evaporator coil. Total $6,558.00

Both options include:
removal and disposal, city permits, duct test certification, seal under
platform, all new bar type supply/return grills, filter rack, thermostat, labor, materials and tax.
Warranty : 10 year parts, 10 year compressor, 2 year labor.
Price includes 1 year complimentary PSA service agreement.

We have been in the house one year and have had major problems with ac, electrical and plumbing. We have had to do many unexpected repairs (just had to repipe the house) so we are not looking to put a top of the line ac system in. We only anticipate being here less than five years. Are these Bryant systems any good? Thank you!
