| Hello All,
I got a price from the builder for $4000 additional bucks to bump the not yet installed 13 SEER Carrier heat pump system, up to a 16 SEER unit. In Fl the air runs a lot. Anyone know if the $4000 add on sounds like a OK number? Also he wanted $9000 more to foam the attic. Thanks,
