how effcient is this system?

Hi, Can you please tell me how to determine how efficient my furnace and air conditioning system is?

Furnace Lennox G61MP model ch33-438-2f-3
AC Lennox Elite xc14
M/NXC14-036-230-03

What is the AFUE, how many BTUs/hour output,

For the AC: output in Btu and Sensible Btu, also what is the SEER?

I can't find this info anywhere. If you can answer the values that would be great. Even better would be telling how to find this info.
