Goodman is no GOOD

We built our house 2 years ago and used this home forum for ideas and feedback from other owner/builders. We could tell from the posts the people who used what brands and styles and had great confidence in their opinions. One person in the HVAC forum gave great advice on how to pick a good HVAC installer and the questions to ask. We found the best installer and tech you could ask for and following the advice I chose Goodman, worst mistake I made in building our house. I have replaced coils and accumulators in under 2 years and have paid thousands of dollars in repairs. we were not told of their labor warranty until it was too late. They could care less about their product and their customer service is abysmal. Please read the reviews before you install your systems

"We found the best installer and tech you could ask for and following the advice I chose Goodman..."

Maybe the installer was NOT the "best."
