Amana Quiet Zone 2000 portable AC

I want to find out how many BTUs my air conditioner has- need to find the model number of my I believe 2000 portable Amana Quiet Zone AC. The only number I can see on the label without removing the chassis is the serial number. I called Amana and was told I need the model number to get information. I can't figure out how to remove the chassis from the outer case which I hope will reveal the model number.

I appreciate any advice

If you are "Karen," every google hit I got included posts by Karen asking the same question... I see how to pay for a copy of the panel, but nothing for free.

EDIT: Here's the manual for free. GOTO page 7.

The Model, serial, etc number are on the nameplate found "under the front grille."

Hi Guys! I have a problem. My Portable Air Conditioner stops operating on its own. What could be the cause of this? Hope somebody would help me. Thanks.
