cfm motor issue on trane xe14

My A/C technician mentioned that my condenser fan motor (CFM) on my outside Trane XE 14 unit (5 ton) is not working properly and hence need to be replaced. I've had this unit for 5+ years and right after my 5 yr. warranty this gave up! Need some advice on how much it would cost to replace this CFM motor (Serial# 2TTRY060A1000AA). I'm getting quotes anywhere from $1100 to $1400. One of the guy who called said that I need to replace the capacitor for this unit as well. Not sure if that is really needed as the capacitor was showing 16.x amps output. Not sure if there are any after market replacement unit for the same as Trane might have a special motor just for this unit. Would appreciate any advice on how to go about replacing this CFM unit so I can get cool again! Thanks.
