conforto che 95% klc furnace

My husband and I have an 18-year old oil furnace with a direct vent through the outside wall; the direct vent has always given us trouble especially during the coldest Massachusetts months. Our oil company gives us two choices - add a $3000 metal chimney or replace oil furnace with a propane tank and new propane furnace for $4000. We don't love either option: 1) ugliness of chimney and 2) need to bury propane tank (curb appeal - will be selling the house in a few years) in a yard already occupied by a septic tank and leach field.)

Does anyone know anything about this oil-burning condensing furnace (Conforto CHE 95% KLC)? Made by a Canadian firm but there is a local dealer. It apparently does not require exhaust gas venting (although does have to be drained). I understand installation is quite tricky and it is quite pricey? Getting most of my information from Wikipedia. Thanks for any advice.
