The 80% furnace being quoted is a two stage var speed model that will require a true 2 stage thermostat. What does dealer propose?

Any filter cabinet? New lineset included?

And what size furnace is being quoted?

2. The price includes the honeywell wifi smart thermostat.

3. They quoted the model of the furnace and no size was mentioned. No filter cabinet or lineset mentioned.

I always live in a new house, and this one being the old house I have ever owned, so I never have to make any decision or have any knowledge about the HVAC system.

Just got another quote today from a reputable HVAC company but they only install Trane products.

Way more than Lennox.

Not very descriptive on the HW thermostat. Get the model number.

Your quote is way too vague. Get the specifics to my questions. All are relevant.

And while you don't want to hear this, Trane is a better product than Lennox.
