Too much or about right for new Carrier Heat Pump System

I don't have all of the specifics of the new unit I'm about to purchase, but the basics are- Carrier Performance 3 Ton, 15 SEER Heat Pump System with heat pump & air handler. It has a Honeywell programmable digital thermostat. It also has a 10 year parts & labor warranty. The total is $6,800 installed. Is this a fair price or does it sound like too much? Thank you.
