air coming out of vents at different temps

Hi, I've seen some very useful comments on this forum, smart people here! I have what I think is somewhat unique problem, looking for answer before I call service. My 11 year old Trane 5 ton outside condenser died about a year ago, and my service warranty company replaced with a Goodman 5 ton unit. They exchanged out the part of the system in the attic where the distribution side is. Not the heater part etc. I've got two "inputs" and about 10 outputs (vents). My master bedroom used to get nice and cold - now the temperature on just that vent blows out about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the vents. It appears all the air comes out of one distribution box in the attic, but I can't for the life of me figure out why one vent would be that much warmer. Any comments/suggestions welcome! Thank you.
